Q. How should I store tapes and chemicals?
Keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Seal containers after use. Tapes perform best when stored flat at moderate temperature — extreme heat or cold can affect adhesive before application.
Q. How do I get the best bond from 3M tape?
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of wax, silicone, and loose contamination. Wipe with appropriate cleaner, apply primer where recommended (especially on plastics and vinyl), then press firmly along the full width. Allow adequate dwell time before stress or heat cycling.
Q. Are Meguiar's products safe on all surfaces?
Each product is formulated for specific materials — leather, plastic trim, paint, etc. Read the label and test in an inconspicuous area first. Avoid using interior leather conditioners on exterior rubber or unpainted trim unless the product specifies it.
Q. What is the shelf life of opened products?
Shelf life varies by product and manufacturer. Use within the period noted on the packaging, and replace if consistency, colour, or performance changes.
How do 4Shops Gift Cards work?
Gift cards are delivered by email and include a unique redemption code. They can be used toward any product in our shop (except another gift card). Unused balance stays on the code for future purchases.
