  • HIGH QUALITY: 5925 VHB tape can replace rivets, welds and screws. The fast and easy-to-use permanent bonding method provides high strength and long-term durability. It consists of a durable acrylic adhesive with viscoelastic properties. This provides an extraordinarily strong double-sided foam tape and offers design flexibility with its viscoelasticity and powerful ability to bond a variety of surfaces.
  • APPLICATION: 5925 VHB Tape features a durable acrylic adhesive with viscoelastic properties, offering strong and long-lasting performance. Ideal for mounting lightweight picture frames, securing LED strips, and reattaching trim on vehicles or furniture. It’s also great for fixing carpets in truck beds, adhering fabric-backed items like wall panels, and handling some electronic repairs. With resistance to high winds and rain, this tape is perfect for outdoor and automotive projects, such as securing trim or attaching vehicle components. With its outstanding bonding strength and durability, this tape is an ideal solution for a wide range of applications.
  • FEATURE: Virtually invisible fastening keeps surfaces smooth. Can replace mechanical fasteners (rivets, welds, screws) or liquid adhesives. Eliminate drilling, grinding, refinishing, screwing, welding and associated clean-up. Creates a permanent seal against water, moisture, and more. Pressure-sensitive adhesive bonds on contact to provide immediate handling strength. Allows the use of thinner, lighter-weight, and dissimilar materials.
  • INSTALLATION: At room temperature, approximately 50% of the ultimate strength will be achieved after 20 minutes, 90% after 24 hours and 100% after 72 hours. NOTES: USE A KNIFE TO CUT A CORNER OF THE ADHESIVE SIDE FOR EASIER FILM LINER REMOVAL.
  • Applying Tapes: First, align the materials and make sure all surfaces are clean and dry. Use a 50:50 mix of isopropyl alcohol and water before applying tapes. Second, when surfaces are dry, apply the tape to the surface. Third, apply pressure with a J-roller to at least 15 psi (100 kPa). This will help develop high-strength adhesion and bonding. Bond strength will increase after application.
